  3. 1 tbspwhole garam masala (zeera, black pepper, cloves, cinimon)
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 2onion
  6. 250GM's channe ki dal
  7. 5 tbspturmarind pulp
  8. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 2 tbspg.g.paste
  11. 10-15curry leaves

  1. 1

    Meat, bay leaves, whole garam masala, onion, haldi and water dal ke charadien,

    Water apne andaze se dalien kyu ke gosht pe depend karta hai jab Take gal na jaye,

  3. 3

    Phr bheegi hui dal aur haldi add karni hai pakne ke lie rakhdien,

  4. 4

    For BIGAR: pan Mein oil, curry leaves, ginger garlic, red chilli, dhania powder, imli pulp dalna hai aur iska tempering dal Mein add kardein aur low heat pe dum pe rakhien thori aur thick hojaye

  5. 5

    Then serve with hot naan and achaar
