Peas and Raw Banana Samosa

For dough

Add ghee to the flour and mix for 2 mins. Then add salt ajwain and with water make a tight dough. Let it rest for atleat 30mins

For stuffing

In a pan take oil, add jeera and hing.

Once it crackles add green peas and saute for 3-5 mins.

Now add all the ingredients except mint and coriander and mix it well on medium flame.

Add mint and coriander leaves and mix well and let it cool.

For samosas

Make small samll balls from the dough and role it round.

Make it half. Pick 1 pc of semicircle and fill the stuffing and seal it.

You can give any desired shape(Samosa, gugra, kachori) and then deep fry in oil twice

(You can even bake the samosas in preheated oven for 20mins.)

Serve it hot with green chutney
