Ingredients

20 minutes.
2 persons.
  1. 2medium sized brinjals
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 2chopped green chillies
  4. 4garlic cloves
  5. 1 tspmustard oil
  6. As per taste Salt

Steps

20 minutes.
  1. 1

    Roast brinjal on open flame till soft.

  2. 2

    Discard upper charred part and mash the flesh.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies.

  4. 4

    Add mustard oil and salt, mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with dal-chawal.
