Ingredients

20 minutes.
2 persons.
  1. 1/4 cupwhole moong dal
  2. 1/4 cupwhole urad dal
  3. 1/4 cupwhole masoor dal
  4. 1/4 cupchana dal
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. 1onion
  7. 2green chillies
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/4 cupghee
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspamchur powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes.
  1. 1

    Wash and soak dals.

    Boil in a pressure cooker,adding garlic and salt.Cook till soft.

    Add red chilli powder,amchur powder and garam masala powder to the dal.Mix and adjust consistency as you desire.

  4. 4

    In a pan heat ghee.Add sliced onion,chopped green chillies and cumin seeds.Fry till onion are brown.

  5. 5

    Add to dal.Serve hot with parathe/rice.
