Wash dal and fenugreek seeds and soak for 4,5hours. Grind it finely. Take vessel for fermenting add a jowar atta and make smooth batter adding enough water then add urad dal paste and mix it well keep it for fermentation for overnight or 8hours.

For masala mash boiled potato. Heat oil in kadai add musterd seeds,urad dal, curry leaves,ginger chilly paste and mix well add turmeric powder saute add potatoes mix well add salt,sugar,lemon juice and corriander leaves masala is ready.

Take fermented batter add salt and mix well.

Heat tave pour batter ad spread cover and cook for a while, now spread some masala over it and filp on other side cook for a min.

Place on a serving plate with chetney.
