Steps

Wash urad dal 2-3 times and then soak for min 6 hours

Drain water and transfer to grinding jar. Add pepper, cumin, chilli, ginger and grind to smooth paste without or 1 tbspn water.

Take in a bowl and add salt, curd, wheat flour and mix well and combine to smooth batter.

Note: it should not be flowly or too thick

Heat oil in a kadhai when oil is medium hot drop small portion of batter with spoon.

On medium heat deep fry till golden brown.serve hot
