Ingredients

  • 250 gfresh shrimp / prawns
  • 50 gbutter or margarine
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

    Clean the shrimps, remove the head and skin, but keep the tail on

  2. 2

    On a frying pan over medium heat, add the butter or margarine, let it hot then add the garlic, cook until fragrant

  3. 3

    Add the shrimps, season it with salt & black pepper according to your taste

  4. 4

    Cook until the shrimps changed color to red, then remove from the heat

  5. 5

    Serve it with steamed rice or fries. Enjoy!
