Wash and Soak the rice for 30 min

Heat the oil add mustard jeera.let it splutter. Now add bay leaf star anise peppercorn cinnamon and cloves fry for some time.

Add chopped green chilli onion and fry well.Add salt to improve th frying process and fry onion quickly.

Now add all the chopped veggies including one and half bunch spinach leaves and some chopped mint leaves.cook it for a while till the tomatoes turn mushy.

Now add rice salt as needed red chilli powder turmeric garam masala and remaining one and half bunch spinach purée cook for a while and one and a half cup of Water cook for two whistles.
