Maysore chutney with imli

In a pan, add oil, to it add Mustard seeds, curry leaves and both the lentils. sauté.

Add the, garlic, onion, ginger, Coconut, turmeric and red chilli powder. Sauté till the onions are soft.

Add salt,mix, cool down and the grind half way.
- 4
To this add imli pulp. If you have whole imli just soak it in somw warm water and you are good to go. Add imli and grind into fine paste.

Enjoy, with dosa, medu vada, uttapam etc.
