Ingredients

No Bake
2 - 4 servings
  1. 1 blocksoftened cream cheese (light or full fat)
  2. 1 cupcottage cheese (light or full fat)
  3. 1/2 (1 cup)plain Greek yoghurt
  4. 1 cupfrozen strawberries
  5. Splashvanilla extract
  6. 2-3 tablespoonshoney (or more if desired)
  7. 1/2 (1 cup)milk (or more if you don't like thick smoothies)
  8. whipped cream (optional)
  9. fresh cut strawberries (optional)
  10. drizzle of graham cracker crumbs (optional)

Steps

No Bake
  1. 1

    In a blender add all the ingredients together and make sure to blend well. Some blenders may need each ingredient added one at a time. You know your blender best.

  2. 2

    After everything has been blended make sure to do a quick taste test (to see if you need to add more honey for your liking).

  3. 3

    If you needed to add more honey make sure you blend the mixture well again. Remember you can always add more honey but cannot take away.

  4. 4

    For a thinner smoothie, add more milk (rather that be regular or almond). Note that adding more liquid will most likely make more servings.

  5. 5

    You may serve right away if desired. However, for maximum flavor I recommend chilling it in the fridge for at least an hour.

  6. 6

    When your going to serve the smoothie feel free to add the optional toppings (whipped cream, freshly sliced strawberries, and/ or graham cracker crumbs).

I have a deathly food allergy to the vegetable peppers 🌶. I constantly have to "modify" recipes to suit my allergy needs. My recipes will never include peppers -- however, you may add them when you feel its necessary.I love cooking with cheese and discovering new ways to enjoy cheese ( so don't be surprised by all the cheese recipes okay ).I hope you can find at least one recipe on my page that will make your day 🙂
