Boil the potatoes

Mash the Potatoes, fill in with spices and fennel seeds

Make a circular roti and fill it with potato filling

Make a loi

Flat the loi

Cook upto golden brown, also put some oil while roasting

Serve it in plate and garnish it with butter and serve it with ketchup and fresh curd
