Prepare the batter by mixing gram flour, curd, ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds in a mixer along with water as required

Now transfer the content in a pan and cook it nicely.

It's cooked till it gets thickened up.

Now grease a plate with oil on reverse side.

Transfer the batter when thickened to a plate and spread it nicely with a spoon

Now with knife cut equal strips and roll it with your hands

Collect all the ingredients for the tempering

When oil.is heated temper it with all the ingredients sesame seeds,mustard seeds green chilli, coriander leaves

Pour over the khandvi
