Take milk in a bowl. Add sugar, yeast mix it well. Rest it for 5 minutes.

Now yeast activates. Add salt, maida into it. Make the dough. Knead it for 10 minutes to make soft dough.

Add butter and knead dough again. Cover it and Keep it aside for 1 hour.

After an hour dough doubles punch it & knead it again

Make ball sized dough place in a greased pan. cover & keep aside for1/2 hour.

Now apply milk with brush. Preheat your pan for 10 minutes. Now bake it for 30 minutes.

Take it out.Rub butter on it and rest for 10 minutes.

Unmould it. Serves hot with bhaji or vadas.
