  1. 1 cupgram flour(besan)
  2. 1/2 cupWheat flour
  3. 1 tbspDesi ghee
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as neededWater
  6. as neededoil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a vessel, take all the ingredients except water and mix well. Now add water to make dough. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now make rotis from this dough.

  3. 3

    Cook on hot tawa by applying oil.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
