Ingredients

1 cupRoasted Oats (granulated)
ForRoasting in Ghee -
As requiredgrated coconut
As required cashews
As required Black current
As required Dates
2 tspRoasted yellow gram
As required Milk
1 tspcardamom powder
As required Cooking campher
As requiredJagerry powder

Steps

1

Boil the yellow gram in milk and water,add roasted oats and cook.
2

Make jaggery syrup and stain and add it to above and cook for 5 mins and finally add, cooking campher, cardomom, grated coconut,black currant,dates.

Before serving melt some ghee and pour it in the Pongal and serve.
