Ingredients

  • 15-20 stickNoodles
  • 3-4 tbspCorn flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGreen chilli sauce
  • as requiredOil
  • 3Green chilli chopped fine
  • 1 cupVaggies finely chopped(carrot, beans, cabbage,)corn ho to
  • 3-4/1/2cupBoiled/microwaved (potato)
  • 1/2tspSoya sauce
  • 1/2cupOnion,
  • 22 finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the noodles in water add some oil, salt. drain and washed cold water and keep it aside.

    Potato(rosted /boil), peel the skin and mash well.

    Boiled carrot, beans, cabbage, corn for 5to 6 mins.
    In a bowl, take the peeled potatoes +vegetables+ salt, chiliy sauce +soya sauce,+chopped onions, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add corn flour, mix well. Finally add the boiled noodles, (take care not to over mix, fine the noodle its shape.)dhyan se. keep it aside.
    Heat oil in a pan when the oil is hot, gently slide down the cutlets and deep fry on both sides till brown.
    Keep tissue ppr/kitchn towel. and serve hot with sauce and yr fvrt dip.
