Palak Paratha

It is very important to include green leafy vegetables in your daily diet. Many people say that leafy vegetables do not satisfy the craving for food. The situation is the same in my home.
So most of the time I make different parathas by mixing leafy vegetables with flour. Pudina paratha, coriander paratha, fenugreek and spinach paratha are very tasty. Due to it's green color, these parathas not only look beautiful but also taste good. Even people who don't like spinach feel like eating these parathas as soon as they see them. These parathas go well with red pickles or bundi raita.

Wash spinach leaves, finely chop.

In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients to knead the dough.
Add little by little water and knead soft dough like chapati.
Add half a teaspoon of oil to the dough and knead for another two minutes.
Now cover this well kneaded dough for at least 25 minutes. - 3
Now divide this dough into 10 equal parts.
Now roll the spinach parathas one by one and put ghee on it and fry it on hot tawa.

Serve these hot parathas with raita or pickles.
