  3. Halfcup of water

Steps

    Find a Clean container Put your milk First inside the container

    Add your sugar inside

    Mix it very well then put your water bit by bit until it turn to thick

    After that, you are going to make it circle like this

    Put your oil on fire but very low... Then fry it until it turn to maroon
