Doodh mein Elaichi dal ke boil hony ke liey rakh dein. Custard powder ko thory se pani mein mix kar ke thick sa paste bana ke rakh dein. Ziada thick na ho

Jab boil ajaey to is mein custard paste add karein. Sath chachm muslsl hilati rahen ta ke lums na bnen

Boht thick na ho. Consistency normal ho qk thanda hony ke baad thick hojata hy. Sugar add karein. 10 mint halki aanch py pkny dein.

Flame off karein or room temp p thanda hony dein. Fruits ko chop kar lein. Cakes ka choora kar lein

Serving bowl mein surface py thora sa custard Grease karein. Or half cake ka choora spread karein.

Phir 1 layer custard ki lgaen or aik layer fruit ki lagadein. Or baqi cake ke choora dal dein. Or bucha hua sara custard dal lein

Ab jelly se garnish karein. 1 ghnty ke liey fridge mein chill hony dein. Or enjoy karein. Jazak-Allah😊
