Soak the moong dal for 2-3 hours and grind it to a paste.

Oil is heating in a kadahi then. Daal paste ko wshiking hlp of palm. Then add all ingredients.

Add the kasuri methi, kishmish, green chillies, ginger and salt to the dal paste.

Now fry all pakodas from daal batter, and deep fry. Serve with chutney.
Decorated with onion rings.
