Egg Tart

A very delicious snack! A tea time snack to be precise. It's so yummy. I learned how to make this snack in Hakimah Empowerment center. The center was organized to teach youths on how to be self employed and earn for living by starting up a small business or handwork. They trained them on different field which involves baking, make up, interior deco, sewing, bag and shoe making, perfume making and much more. So many people have benefited from the program including young and old male and female and also children. It was for free but you have to buy the form. Any it is said to have originated from Hong kong but mine is more of the Chinese type.
