Mix all dry ingredients together and add water drop by drop to knead dough. If your dough is too sticky then add milk powder to make non-sticky dough.

Spread 1 tsp ghee on the plate. Now spread the chocolate mixture on plate. (You can also sprinkle some roasted dry-fruits over chocolate mixture.)

Keep chocolate plate in the freezer for half an hour.
Then cut the pieces with a knife. Once again place the plate in the fridge for 3-4 hours. - 4
Remove the plate from the fridge. Remove Cut piece of Chocolate.

Serve homemade chocolate by garnishing with cocoa powder
