Cheezy veggies box patties
#makeandremake.. Whenever I made mix sabzi, the next day we eat as it is or make Vigari roti, kichri, akhni out of it.. but to day was decided to make something different.. So I came up with an idea and made box patties.. family love it a lot..

First boil potatoes..

Now add sabzi in it and mashed well..

Now add salt, pepper and chicken powder.. mix well

Then add shredded cheese and mix well..

Now take samosa patties, make plus and add filling in between..

Fold 1 side then other with flour mixture(flour + water)..

Make 16 out of it..

Put in fridge to set for half an hour..

Then deep fry..

Enjoy with garlic sauce..
