Peel the oranges and squeeze out the juice. Heat the water and soak the chia seeds in it. Let them sit for about 10 minutes. Mix the soaked chia seeds with the orange juice, remaining water, salt, and sugar. Stir well and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Wash and thoroughly clean all the ingredients. Peel the carrot, cucumber, and tomatoes, then slice them thinly. Finely chop the bell pepper and set aside. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Bring water to a boil, add salt, then add the broccoli and boil for 3-4 minutes.

Remove from heat and drain. Peel the beet, slice it thinly, and prepare it the same way as the broccoli. Once ready, mix all the ingredients (except the beet), add salt, vinegar, and lime juice.
