  2. 1green apple
  3. Olive oil
  4. 3 1/3 tablespoonswhite wine (50 ml)
  5. Mixed pepper or freshly ground black pepper
  6. Raisins

    Wash and julienne the cabbage. Wash, peel, and dice the apple (add lemon juice to prevent browning).

    Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the wine, mix, and cook until the cabbage starts to become translucent. Add the apple, keep on medium heat until the apple is tender, and finish by adding the raisins.
