Dry Peanut Chutney

Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar except salt and sesame and blend to a coarse powder. do not blend continuously, as peanuts will release oil and turn paste. Add sesame and churn for a few seconds.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl then add salt and mix well. Chutney is ready. Store in an air tight container.

You can serve the chutney with vada pav/khakhra/thepla and many other snacks.
