First in a bowl take lukewarm milk add saffron and rose petals soaked them for five minutes.keep aside.take dry fruits and chopped them

In a bow take hung curd beat well with hand whisker untill it turns in smooth texture.

Now add powder sugar in beaten curd mix it.then add malai or cream, saffron milk,rose essence, mix all well.tgen add chopped nuts and mix again.keep the bowl in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.garnish with some rose petals and chopped nuts.serve chilled.
