Slice off back of pineapple. Cut to small sides and set aside

Pit water on heat add sugar and ginger.bring to a boil. Set aside to cool

Blend pineapple. Then filter to remove big particles and fibres

Put in a bowl, add cooled water of sugar and ginger
- 5
Pour in lemon. Stir alltogether
- 6
Pour in a jar and refrigerate. Or enjoy with ice cubes
