Pan Pizza with paneer stuffing without yeast

In a mixing bowl take all- purpose flour and semolina. Mix very well.

Add curd, sugar, salt, Eno and oil in it and mix well with spoon.

Add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough. Grease oil and rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Take all the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl and mix it well. Stuffing is ready.

Knead dough again slightly making sure it is super soft.

Pinch a ball sized dough and dust with maida. Roll gently and add stuffing in it. Seal from all the sides.

Roll it again gently. Prick using a fork, this helps to prevent from puffing up.

Preheat the pan for 5 minutes and apply some oil on it with brush.

Place the rolled pizza base in the pan and cook by covering with lid from both the sides.

Spread pizza sauce uniformly. Top it up with onion, capsicum, and tomato. Then, spread cheese over it. Sprinkle chilli flakes over it.

Now cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or till cheese melts completely.

Sprinkle oregano over it. Slice the pan pizza and serve hot.
