Grind the dry coconut, and gond

In a kadhai, take ghee and roast the powdered gond for 10 mins on slow flame

Now add mawa

Now add dry coconut and roast for a minute.

In another pan, make 1 tar chasni using sugar and water

Now add this sugar syrup in the gond and coconut mixture and mix it well

You can give any desired shape or even put it in a plate and cut it in diamond shape like a burfi.
