Ingredients

  • 1big beetroot
  • 2tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (1 tablespoon)tamarind pulp
  • 1 teaspoonrasam powder
  • pinchheeng
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as per tastered chilli powder
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1green chilli
  • as requiredghee,mustard seeds, curry patta for tadka

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly roughly cut the tomato and beetroot pour in cooker add salt turmeric, garlic and ginger

    Cook 5-6 minutes switch off the gas and cool,then blend and add some water and cook

    Add rasam powder, black pepper,red chilli, tamarind pulp

    For tadka_take tadka pan put ghee mustard seed and curry patta
