Millet Gruel (kunun Zaki)

Wash clean the millet, soak in water for some hours

Add all spices, grind to smooth paste

Divide the millet paste into 3 halfs

Mix one half with little water to reduce the thickness
- 5
Boil 3/4 cups of water, pour into the millet mixture, stir well allow to cool
- 6
In a clean bucket, with clean sieve cloth, turn the mixed millet into the cloth as well as the other two half set aside, add water and sieve to desired thickness

Add sugar, stir well, out in fridge or add ice and enjoy
