In a bowl mix flour, maggi cube and coat fish and set aside.

In a deep pan add olive oil and fry, scotch bonnet, mustard seeds and bay leaf for 1 minute.

Add onions, pepper, and saute. Add garlic, curry powder and the rest of the seasoning and fry for one minute. Add tomatoes and mix well

Add fish and fish stock and simmer for 10 - 15 mins or until fish is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with rice, mushy peas and sweetcorn
