    Aatay mien maida or salt mix kar ke neem garam pani se gondh lien. Dhakk ke rakh deyn for 20 minutes.

    Pairday bana kar 10 minutes mazeed rakh deyn.

  3. 3

    Dry flour Lagakar bail lien or pehly se garam taway per daal kar dono taraf se halka colour aany per pkaa lien.

  4. 4

    Phir tez aanch per dono trf se saik lien. Roti tayar hai.
