Heat a pan and dry roast dhaniya, saunf, and jeera seeds for a sec till aroma starts coming from.it on a low flame otherwise, it will burn. Then grind this masala.

Take a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Then add bay leaf red chili and chopped onion on a low flame till it becomes soft.

When the onion turns reddish brown add tomatoes to it. Now add salt so that tomatoes become mushy. Once it's soft add the roasted masala, red chili powder and haldi powder, and ginger.

Fry the masala and add khoya and then saute till the time pan start leaving oil. Now it's time for capsicum and onion cubes. Leave it for a few minutes.

At last add paneer, kasuri methi and garam.masala. And it's done.

Enjoy it with garama garam paratha or chapati.
