Ingredients

  • 1 cupdates / khajoor, seedless
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1/2 cupalmonds / badam, chopped
  • 1/2 cupcashew / kaju, chopped
  • 2 tbspkishmish
  • 5 tbspPista chopped
  • 2 tbspTutti- Frutti

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 cup seedless dates in a blender and blend to fine paste without adding any water.

  2. 2

    Then in a large kadai heat ghee and add al kishmish,Pista and tutti Frutti

  3. 3

    Roast on low flame for 5 minutes or till nuts turn crunchy.

  4. 4

    Now Add dates mixture and mix well continue on medium flame till the time till starts realeasing ghee from all the side of kadai.

  5. 5

    Turn off the flame and allow to cool for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Then immediately start making laddus. do not cool completely, otherwise you wont be able to make laddus.

  7. 7

    Now are laddus are ready to serve immediately or store then in airtight container for 1month.
