Steps

Take 2 mangoes, cut them out and grind them in a grinder. Make a fine puree.

Now take a pan, put your mango puree in the pan and also sugar and mixed it well.

Now keep stirring your pulp on medium heat. And cook it till thick.

When your mixture is thick, take it out in a greased plate.

Now separate your mixture in a plate. Now keep it in sun light for 2 days.

After 2 days if your mango papad (aam papad) has dried, then only use it. Now aam papad is ready to eat cut it any shape

Note-- 10 minutes for processing 2 days in sun light
