Heat a kadai and add ghee. Once the ghee is melts, add milk and stir for a minute.

Now slowly add milk powder and keep stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

The mixture will start thickening after 5 minutes. Now add the saffron soaked milk in the mixture and keep stirring.

Mixture will start leaving the pan after 10 minutes and will come together as a dough. Switch off the flame and remove the mixture in a greased plate.

Let it cool for 3-4 minutes and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

Grease the Modak mould with ghee. Add the part of mixture in the moulds and add some Dryfruits in centre and close the mould. Remove the excess mixture and demould the Modak. Repeat the process for the rest.
