Ek kadahi me ghee garamkar isme desiccated coconut ko low flame par 1-2 minutes bhun kar isme milk & sugar & Malai ko dalkar bhune

Low flame par 10 minutes bhune, uske baad,jab batter dry lagne lage,to gas off kar,ek rectangular tin ko ghee se greace kar half batter ko isme dale

Ek spoon ko ghee se grease karke batter ko achhe se flat karein,ab kadahi me bache batter me 1/3 teaspoon milk me one pinch green food colour mix kar kadahi me dale

Aur achhe se mix kar white batter ke uper spread karein

Ab isse 10-15 minutes ke liye cool hone par silver leaves se garnish kar burfi ki shape me cut karein
