Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1.5 tspSoya sauce
  • 0.25 tspHoney
  • 1 tspSchezwan
  • 1 tspPeanut butter
  • 7-8 clovesGarlic
  • 4-5 inchGinger
  • 1Red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add, Soya sauce, honey, schezwan, Peanut butter and make a paste.

  2. 2

    In a hot vessel with oil, add -
    Garlic
    Chilli (Red, fresh)
    Ginger
    Cook that out on medium-high to high heat

  3. 3

    Add paste
    Let it sizzle and caramelise it

  4. 4

    Boil noodles with water and a pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Add noodles on super high heat. Toss around. Let noodles sit for a while in pan

  6. 6

    Garnish it with crushed peanuts and green onion
