Ingredients

4-5 servings

2 cupsbesan (coarse)
1/2 cupghee
1 cupsugar powder
1/4 tspcardamom powder

Heat a pan. Add ghee and heat it. Once hot add besan to it. Roast it on slow flame till it changes its color. Switch off the flame. After some time add sugar to it and mix properly.

See that everything is incorporated well. Now make ladoos out of it.
