Steps

Peel yam and boil till soft

Boil meat

Wash and cut ugu leaf

Wash and blend pepper and onions

Pound yam with motor and pestle till soft and wrap immediately

Heat red oil and add meat in then add the egusi and stir

Add little water and spices to taste

Put the ugu leaf
- 9
Serve hot and enjoy
