Steps

Mix all the ingredients and make semi hard dough (should not too soft or too hard). Cover it for one hour to rest.

After hour knead it one more time and let us rest for another 30 mins. Then roll the Shankarpali and cut with desired shapes.in deep frying pan,fry it till golden brown color.
- 3
Once it is nicely fried,remove it to tissue paper to dry out oil. You can store them till month.
