  1. 150 gmmawa or khowa
  2. 100 gmsugar
  3. 30 mlmilk
  4. 100 gmAlmond (badam)
  5. 50 gmKaju/cashew
  6. 100 gmnariyal(coconut) powder
  7. 100 gmchopped dry coconut
  8. 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  9. 1/2 tspelaichi (Cardamom)powder or essence
  10. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan heat it now dry roast coconut powere for 1min, keep aside, now dry roast, chopped coconut keep aside, now dry roast poppy seeds for 1min keep it aside

    In same pan now add Ghee heat it, now fry kaju and badam for 30,sec keep it aside, now add mawa or khoya in the pan fry it for 2,3min in low flame,now add sugar when sugar is dissolved now add all dry fruits in it mix it well

    Now add elaichi powder and mix it all together,off the flame let it cool down,now griss the hand take a little mixture in hand and made it round shape like mini boll or like Laddu, our dry fruits Laddu is ready to serve
