Yogurt Soda

I wanted to drink some Calpico soda, but it was the middle of night in the wintertime and I could only get my hands on some clear soda, so I made this.

You just have to mix it up. It would probably be good after some curry.

Ingredients

2 servings

100 mlCarbonated beverage
200 mlYogurt (plain)
1Granulated sugar
1 tbspif you have it Lemon juice

Mix the sugar into the yogurt. Check the sweetness. If you don't have lemon juice, it should be slightly sweet.

If you have lemon juice, mix it in, then mix in the carbonated beverage to finish!!

If you have it, garnish the glass with sprig of mint or lemon wedges to make it fancy!
