Sindhi Kadhi
Sindhi kadi is awesome, simple kadi with tangy flavour.
Steps

In cooker add oil, heat it. Now add methi dana, jeera and mustard seeds. And add besan. And roast it nicely for about 10 minute on slow flame. Once aroma started coming & besan changes color add 1-2 glass of water.

Now add all veggie.

Add salt, turmeric and more water as per desired consistency.

Now close cooker and wait for 2-3 whistle. Once cooker is cool down.

In small pan add 1 tsp oil, add jeera, mustard seed wait for 10 second. Now add chilli powder, add coriander leaves, if you like curry patta add that as well. And give tadka in kadhi.
