Cinnamon fried pasta with cabbage fish sauce

Pour water into a pot cover and allow it to boil, add in cinnamon powder, salt, veg oil and pasta, stir then cover and allow it to cook drain and set aside

In a pan add in veg oil and cinnamon stick fry for 2mnt then then add your cook pasta, stir and fry gently for 10-15mnts

Wash your pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and grate, chop your cabbage wash and drain, dice carrot, green pepper, red pepper and onion

In a pan add in oil and onion fry until translucent, add grated Scotch bonnet and bay leaves saute for 3mnt

Add ginger and garlic paste fry for 2mnt then add seasoning and spices saute for 3mnt

Add green and red pepper saute for 1mnt then add Carrots and fry for 3mnt

Add your fish and stir then add in fish stock and stir

Add cabbage and stir well, cover the pan for 5mnt. Serve and enjoy 😋
