Mix all ingredients well in white flour and add water to form dough. Dough should be smooth not too much tight. It should be like normal chapati dough.

Apply some cooking oil and put a side for half an hour.

Take oil in a pan and heat it well. Make little portion of dough and form in a ball shape. Roll it thin and make some holes so that it will be only flat in shape. Deep fry to your khasta untill it become brown. Your khasta is ready to serve.

Soak 1 cup chana overnight in a bowl.

Take a cooker, Add some salt and baking soda with chole and water, put these on gas. Wait for 6 whistles. Open the cooker and check if the chole are cooked well.

Now we are going to make masala for chole. Take a pan, take 3 tbspb of cooking oil. For tadka use some cumin seed. Make a thin paste of onion, ginger and garlic. Pour this paste into the pan and wait untill the paste become brown.Keep stirring the paste in between. Now add the paste of 2 tomato when the onion become brown. When the paste start leaving the oil, then your paste is ready. Now add salt, red chilli,coriander, turmeric, garam masala into the paste.

Add some water in paste. When your masala is ready than pour chole into it mix it well. And your chole is ready. Serve khasta with chole. For better taste you can serve with aloo pury and chutney.
