Take one cooker add oil when heated add mustard seeds.when mustard seeds crackled then add hing.

Then add small small cutted green brinjal,turmeric powder,tuvar lilva, ginger-green chilli paste and salt mix it well.

Saute for few minutes then add coriander seed powder and red chilli powder. Mix it well.

Keep the flame at low and allowed the oil come out from sabji then add half cup of water.

And close the the lid of cooker and whistle it two times. Off the flame
When cooker leads open garnish it with green garlic and coriander - 6
Serve it hot with khichdi aur bakri. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee on khichdi for taste real tuvar ringan sabji with khichdi.
