Dhaba style tuvar daal

Soaked tuvar daal, 1glass water cooked in pressure cooker for 3whistle

Take a pan n add ghee. Ghee is too hot add cumin seed, rai, ginger, garlik, green chilli, onion.. Saute n add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato..

Cook for five min then add daal and 1glass water and cool five to ten min. Add some coriander leaves.

For tadka... Take a small pan and add 1spoon butter add one forth spoon cumin seed, dry broken red chilli, some coriander leaves n heeng. This tadka add into the dal

Dhaba style tuvar daal is ready. Serve hot dal with jwera rice n hot fulka. 😋😋
